The below professionals have all been trained in the BFYB program under Dr. Ann Saffi Biasetti.

If you are a professional interested in BFYB certification, you may join my 8-week program or any Advanced Teacher’s program for your prerequisite, self-growth experience required for certification training. Please inquire directly with the teacher for dates/times (see below).

  • Completing the Befriending Your Body Program has been one of the most impactful learning experiences I have ever had the privilege to participate in – professionally and personally. The opportunity for self-discovery in the program is limitless. I feel awake to messages from my body that have sadly gone unnoticed or ignored for many years and can now meet them with more openness and compassion. The experiential learning in the certification program offered a felt sense of what we, as clinicians, are guiding our clients toward and a rich understanding of why our own ability to engage these skills is essential if our clients are to remain regulated and experience an enhanced sense of personal agency and growth. From a practical standpoint, this new way of engaging in and with my body has had immediate impacts on my ability to tune in and care for myself in both my daily life and in my work in a way that has eased feelings of burnout and supported my overall wellbeing. I also find that it has profoundly shifted my perspective on where I want to go in my clinical work as well as how I want to treat myself each day. I feel much gratitude for the opportunity to experience the fruits of Ann’s unmistakable passion around this work.
